it was a month ago that i made a list of all the things im looking forward for the summer. goin back to that list(see appendix ala blog in friendster), i must say im on top of it. i havent really gone to the beach yet.im still waiting for the temperature to really hit the fan.lol..plus im waiting on one of my friend's car to be fixed so we could go out to their family house in the Hamptons...

i lost touch with my bbq-ing on the weekends at friends' backyards for a while..although i finally had the chance to be and eat at HOGPIT in the city. the ribs were really good and the mac and cheese was to die for (being a big mac and cheese fanatic).

i finally got my highlights which i did last week after work. i had the base color done first coz mah roots were already visible then highlights were applied. its so funny how when u expect things to go wrong thats when they come out perfect.i was expecting for the worse with the highlights to come out really blonde, but fortunately it blended with the base color so it came out pretty nice..like how i wanted ti to look like.

with regards to my bills, im finally debt free next month. so now its just the utilities and my share of the rent (which is $200) that i have to worry about. now i could add more into my savings of 1K every month.

as for summer flicks , ive had the chance to see spiderman 3(which i saw by myself..which i really like to do..watching movies by myself), knocked up and fantastic 4-rise of the silver surfer(which mitch and i movie hopped to..lol), and just today mitch and i saw 1408(which is not that good..for those who have plans of watching that movie..believe me,im saving u the trouble).

i left work early today since there was no doctor..so that means..no patients!i didnt have to come in but i like it when the doctors aren't there coz i get to work peacefully .i could actually do my work without any disturbance.

anyways, so after work i met up with mitch and we saw that stupid movie.the ticket was free, compliments of one of my patients..(who knew im getting perks from patients now.lol..),with that i might as well use it which im really grateful for coz if i had to pay one cent for that movie ..its a real pisser. after the movies we headed off to find this filipino restaurant in the city. i know there's a lot in queens but the one in the city was a mystery to me. so we finally found GRILL 21 @E21st and 1st avenue( for those interested). its a cozy little place with a friendly ambiance, affordable price and delicous food. i ordered binagoongan with pork and of course halo-halo with ube ice cream..lol..YUMMMO! we then went to 34th st. and just window shopped till we dropped.lol. i really wanna get these 2 pairs of shoes in ALDO..pricy but really comfortable. im hopin' to get' em next week coz that's when i get paid.

as for my hommie alan, i really dont know if he's in FLA now. the last time he called i wasnt able to pick up the call..and this was sunday.

so in conclusion(lol), i guess almost everything in my to-do-list is checked off. laterz.

*this is actually the piece i was writing in friendster but as usual, something just had to happen.it just wouldnt save.at least with this one i feel safe coz as im typing, it automatically saves the draft.
